Compensation example:
On a $200,000.00 loan you make ABOUT $800.00 while training. After training,
you are in control of your promotions.
Loan Originators
get a Centralized Processing Center already in place to close all your
loans. We can get loans for FICO scores as low as 500. Our Centers work
with over 120 Lenders for maximum benefit to your clients.

Compare the Cost
To become a Loan Originator in the State
of Florida for example, you would have to pay $230.00 for a mortgage license
application, then pay an additional $250 for the course itself. If you
wanted to open up your own mortgage office you would need to put up a $10,000
surety bond.
As a Loan Originator with National Lending
Corporation, you pay a one time membership fee of $200.00 and you are immediately
licensed to do business in over 40 states!
